Theme: Identity
Your relationship can only become as healthy as the identity you bring into it.
Topics:
Who am I in relationship?
What did I learn about love growing up?
What do I believe I deserve?
What do I believe I have to do to be loved?
Where do I abandon myself?
What patterns keep repeating?
How our beliefs create expectations
Identity vs. behavior
The difference between who you are and who you learned to be
Exercise: “Who Am I in Love?”
They identify:
My strengths
My fears
My relationship patterns
What I tolerate
What I avoid
What I need
What I struggle to communicate
What I believe love means
Weekly affirmation:
I am worthy of a love that allows me to remain fully myself.
Theme: Standards, Alignment & Self-Responsibility
Have them create their ideal partner in extraordinary detail.
Not just:
“Kind, loyal, attractive.”
But:
Build Your Partner

Then comes the mirror.
“Would I Choose Me?”
They take every quality they asked for and ask:
Am I embodying this?
If they want an emotionally available partner:
Am I emotionally available?
If they want someone who communicates:
Do I communicate?
If they want someone who keeps promises:
Do I keep promises to myself?
If they want someone financially responsible:
How am I managing my own relationship with money?
This isn’t about becoming “perfect enough” to deserve love.
It’s about alignment.
Weekly affirmation:
I become the love I desire to experience.
Theme: How I Teach Others to Love Me
This week could be huge.
Topics:
Boundaries
What is a boundary?
Boundary vs. punishment
Boundary vs. control
Saying no without guilt
What happens when someone crosses a boundary?
Why unclear boundaries create resentment
Energetics
Talk about:
What energy am I bringing into the relationship?
Fear vs. trust
Pursuit vs. connection
Control vs. allowing
Hypervigilance vs. presence
And your tourist vs. spy concept fits beautifully here.
Be a Tourist, Not a Spy
A spy enters the relationship looking for evidence:
“Why did he say that?”
“Who was she?”
“Why didn’t he text?”
“What’s wrong?”
A tourist enters curious:
“Tell me about that.”
“What are you experiencing?”
“I’d love to understand you.”
The difference is energy.
You’re not gathering evidence.
You’re experiencing the person.
Then teach:
Asking for What You Need
Instead of:
“You never listen to me.”
Try:
“When I’m talking about something important to me, I need to feel like you’re present with me. Would you be willing to put your phone down and listen?”
That’s a completely different relationship experience.
Weekly affirmation:
I can communicate my needs with clarity, love and self-respect.
Theme: Appreciation, Receiving & Partnership
This is where you bring everything together.
Topics:
Give to Receive
Teach the energetic principle:
What we give creates the environment we live inside.
Not as:
“If I love them enough, they’ll love me back.”
But:
What am I contributing to this relationship?
The Mirror
Your partner can illuminate:
wounds
fears
unmet needs
beliefs
strengths
unhealed parts
places where you’re growing
But an important distinction:
Your partner may mirror something in you without being responsible for your healing.
That’s powerful teaching.
Gratitude & Appreciation
Have them practice seeing what their partner is doing right, rather than constantly scanning for what is wrong.
Introduce:
Catch them doing something right.
Every day identify:
Something I appreciate
Something I admire
Something I’m grateful for
Something I want to acknowledge
Final Exercise
My Relationship Commitment
“What will I do differently from this day forward?”
